The Niles Community Improvement Corporation (C.I.C.) shares a primary focus, with the City of Niles on economic development and improvements within downtown, Niles, OH. The C.I.C. offers different types of grant programs for signage replacement, facade upgrades and sidewalk improvements to commercial property. The C.I.C. also works closely with the City in promoting business incentives, such as property tax abatements, income tax incentives, and the Downtown Power Incentive Program (DPIP).
