Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Niles, Attn. City Auditor, 34 West State Street, Niles, OH 44446 no later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, for the following Project:

Base Bid Cost Estimate: $1,335,000.00

Bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time and date.
Bidding documents and project specifications may be viewed free of charge or may be purchased from the Printer, ROLLER REPROGRAPHIC SERVICES, by visiting their website www.rollerplanroom.com, or by calling 330-549-0377. Bidders are responsible for reproduction of Bid Documents, orders can be picked up at Roller or can be shipped upon request (each Plan Holder is responsible for their own shipping fees).
