Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Niles, Office of the
Mayor, 34 West State Street, Niles, Ohio 44446 until 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025
and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the

NILES-CARVER ROAD WATERMAIN INSTALL OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $235,000.00.

COMPLETION DATE: June 26, 2026

  The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid
information (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the
internet at https://bids.verdantas.com . The bidder shall be responsible to check for
Addenda and obtain same from the web site.

  Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, LLC at a non-refundable cost of one hundred twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) for hard copies and forty-five Dollars $45.00 for electronic files.

Advertisement for tender of bids for 2026 Street Resurfacing Program

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Niles Auditor’s Office, in the City Hall,
34 West State Street, Ohio, until 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025, for the following project:

  2026 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM

  Envelopes should be plainly marked “Bids for 2026 Street Resurfacing Program”.

Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary, and shall comply with the ORC, including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
