Exterior Water Service Line Coverage:
A leaking or broken exterior water service line can be expensive to replace. Many homeowners aren't aware that they own their water service line and will have to pay for any repairs. The exterior water service line - from the City's watermain to the internal plumbing inside your home - is your responsibility.

Exterior Sanitary Sewer Line Coverage:
Exterior Sewer Line Coverage protects you from the expense of a covered repair or replacement of your exterior sewer line from the external wall of your home up to the City's sewer main, up to the benefit amount ($8,500).

Interior Plumbing and Drainage Coverage:
Plumbing repair or replacement inside the home, for which customers have sole responsibility that is damaged due to normal wear and tear. Blocked or leaking interior water supply or drainage system pipes that carry fresh or drinkable water and wastewater, up to the benefit amount ($3,000).
